As of April 26, 2026, our urgent care clinics are proud to officially become part of Catawba Valley Medical Center. We are excited to join the Catawba Valley Health System as Catawba Urgent Care of Mountain View and continue serving our communities with the same trusted care our patients know and expect. This partnership allows us to expand access to additional resources, services, and coordinated care to further enhance the patient experience. We look forward to this next chapter and the opportunities it brings for our patients and community.

The NC DMV is experiencing delays in receiving DOT Physicals from the FMCSA. If you have CDL issues:
1. Call the DMV Compliance Division at 919-861-3319 to check if your physical is on file and request it to be pulled manually.
2. If it's not on file, call our office at 828-330-2103 (ask for Taylor) to confirm submission of your physical in the FMCSA database.

Urgent Care of Mountain View operates four (4) urgent care clinics addressing a wide spectrum of urgent care, family, and sports medicine needs. In addition to providing immediate walk-in attention for an injury or illness, the Urgent Care’s provide routine services including vaccines, labs and X-rays, occupational medicine, and school or sports physicals.
